Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Melissa Beria – Spa & Beauty website. By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

1. Bookings and Deposits

To guarantee your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 40% to 50% of the total service value is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or changes to appointments must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, the deposit will be entirely forfeited.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Payments and Refunds

We accept cash payments and mobile transfers. All services performed are non-refundable. If there is any doubt or dissatisfaction, please communicate it immediately after treatment to find an appropriate solution.

4. Health and Safety

You agree to truthfully inform us of any health condition, pregnancy, or allergy before starting treatment. Melissa Beria – Spa & Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions if the client's health condition was not previously notified.

5. Spa Conduct

To maintain an environment of calm and privacy, children or additional guests are not allowed in the treatment area. We reserve the right of admission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Guyana, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Georgetown, Guyana.
