Booking and Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.
  • A deposit of 40% to 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and preparation.

Cancellation and Delays

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and the deposit will not be refunded.

General Rules

  • Inform us about allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before treatment.
  • Full payment is required at the end. Cash and mobile transfers are accepted.
  • Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable.
  • Children or additional guests are not allowed during your appointment.

The 40%–50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Delays greater than 15 minutes will result in automatic rescheduling.
